All operational services are provided using appropriately skilled and experienced resources. Resources available include those experienced in Data Operations, Tier 2 Support, Controls Development, Infrastructure Support and Controls Support.

The operational services provided can split into four broad categories:

 

 

 

Managed Service Type  Service Overview
 Development Infogix trained and certified controls development resources are used to deliver new controls projects on an on-going basis in accordance with established business priorities. This engagement can range from the augmentation of an internal customer team with experienced resources to the provision of the complete development capacity to a business.
 Maintenance This is an extension of the development activity and introduces detailed monitoring of control executions and the associated outputs in order to identify and make recommendations for modifications that would ensure continuous process improvement within business operations.
 Operations Infogix will execute, monitor and provide support for the resolution of Infogix control execution issues on a 24x7x365 basis using either a dedicated or pooled resource model ensuring the availability of control outputs in accordance with agreed business SLAs.
Infrastructure Support Infogix will provide support for patching and upgrades of the deployed Infogix Solution, and monitor the stability and performance of the Infogix Solution and work with customer technology teams to ensure on-going system availability to the business.
