Respondents are quite satisfied with Infogix as a partner, as demonstrated by the average of score 7.5 on a scale from 1 to 10 in overall customer satisfaction. Highlights of the survey include:
- 98% of respondents agree that Infogix meets or exceeds performance levels regarding:
- Guaranteeing the accuracy, consistency and reliability of information.
- Improving productivity.
- Reducing enterprise risk.
- Providing a cost benefit to their organization.
- The majority of respondents feel that the automated information control solutions provided by Infogix make significant contributions and/or are mission critical to their organization, with 3 of 5 claiming that their organization derives a direct cost benefit from using the solution. 82% of respondents feel that automated controls are strategic to their business.
- Customer support and account team relationships were among the highest performance scores provided in the survey with an average score of 7.6 on a scale of 1 to 10. 99% of respondents have a high level of satisfaction with their account team performance, and respondents feel that the contributed customer support through the relationship with their Infogix Account Team was a valuable differentiator in the marketplace.
- 87% of respondents would recommend Infogix to a colleague.
