Winners Honored at Eighth Annual Excellence in Information Integrity Awards Banquet

Awards were presented to the Overall Excellence in Information Integrity winner – as well as winners in the categories of Leadership, Quality Improvements, Profitability, Innovation, and Improved Customer Satisfaction – during a ceremony at The Field Museum in Chicago on September 15, 2003:

Past winners of the Excellence in Information Integrity Award include Sprint, Bank of Nova Scotia, M&T Bank, PNC Bank, and Acxiom Corporation. At the awards banquet, winners received a custom-designed crystal trophy recognizing their accomplishments.
A distinguished panel of judges examined all award applications to determine the winners. The 2003 judges were: J. Efrim Boritz, Ph.D., FCA, CISA; Cada Grove, district manager (retired) and consumer business process operations manager, AT&T; and Pam Walter, partner at Gardner, Carton & Douglas.
