For more than 25 years, Infogix, Inc. has helped organizations assure the

Millions of Infogix Controls have been deployed in hundreds of Global 2000
enterprises.
Now we are looking for affiliates to enroll in our Business Affiliate Program.
Our vision is to serve our customers through a coordinated network of
exceptional business affiliates representing Infogix in certain geographic
regions of the world where Infogix does not have a direct presence. These
affiliates will help acquire customers for Infogix's Controls Solutions and
offer them the highest quality support and services through professionals who
speak the local language and are located nearby.
The program will afford participating affiliates an opportunity to offer a new
category of enterprise software solutions to their existing customers. It will
contribute significantly to their revenue and profitability.
We are currently looking for affiliates in Austria, Germany, Spain and
Switzerland.
Program Overview
The Infogix Business Affiliate Program consists of four types of affiliates:
Territory Affiliates, Support Affiliates, Service Affiliates and Market
Affiliates,. Each affiliate will operate within an assigned Market. A Market may
be a single country or a geographic region with a common predominant language.
- Territory Affiliates. The mission of the Territory Affiliates is to
acquire customers for Infogix products and services. The Territory Affiliates
will register, with Infogix, Accounts with whom they have an existing and
established business relationship as a software vendor, systems integrator or
consultant. Upon approval of the registration of an Account by Infogix, the
Territory Affiliate will have exclusive rights, for a specified period of
time, to sell software licenses and service contracts, on behalf of Infogix,
to that Account.
- Service Affiliates. The mission of the Service Affiliates is to
perform fee-based professional services pertaining to the implementation and
use of Infogix products. The Service Affiliates will be trained and certified
by Infogix and referred to Customer Accounts in the Market as needed.
- Support Affiliates. The mission of the Support Affiliates is to
provide pre-sales technical support to Territory Affiliates and first level
post-sales support to Customer Accounts.
- Market Affiliates. The mission of the Market Affiliates is to seek
out and recruit the best Territory Affiliates and Service Affiliates within
their assigned Market.
