Benefits Overview*
At Infogix, we believe in rewarding hard work. That's why we offer our Team Members a generous benefits and compensation package. Infogix also offers an exceptional menu of intrinsic rewards such as unique development opportunities, the chance to directly impact Company results, and work/life flexibility.

Competitive salary.
Infogix's compensation program supports the Company's mission, values, vision and strategies. In addition, the program is a holistic approach to salary administration that emphasizes the intrinsic rewards of our unique culture while compensating all Team Members fairly and competitively with the market.

|
15 personal days the first year of employment.
Team Members can accrue up to 15 personal days per year during their first five years of employment. After five years, Team Members can accrue up to 20 personal days per year during each additional year of employment. In addition, Team Members receive eight paid holidays and up to two floating holidays per year.

|
Comprehensive medical and dental insurance.
Team Members can choose between Preferred Provider Option (PPO) or Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage for medical and dental coverage. Infogix and Team Members share in the cost. Premiums are deducted from Team Member paychecks on a pre-tax basis. Infogix pays for 100% of the PPO Health Reimbursement Account applied to the deductible.

Supplemental term life and AD&D insurance.
In addition to company provided Life and AD&D insurance, Team Members have the choice to purchase additional coverage. The plan Infogix offers is highly flexible, and because it's available at group rates, it's also quite affordable. The premiums are conveniently deducted from the Team Member paychecks. In addition, the company provides short- and long-term disability insurance.

Flexible Spending Plan for healthcare and childcare.
Each participating Team Member can select benefits to fit his or her own needs while converting taxable compensation to benefits free from income tax and social security tax.

A 401(k) with company match/profit sharing plan.
Participants may defer up to 60% of their eligible compensation. The company match is done on a quarterly basis.

Ceridian LifeWorks Program for U.S. Team Members.
The LifeWorks service is available to help U.S. Team Members and their families address work and life issues. The service is accessible through a toll-free number 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. LifeWorks can help Team Members with virtually any concern or question, providing personal consultation, information, advice, educational materials, and personalized referrals. The cost of this service is paid for by Infogix.

The Team is considered the primary driver of our Company's success.

Flexible work schedules.
Infogix provides both flexible work schedules for Team Members, and consistent hours of availability for customers and other Team Members around the world.

Extensive training and certification opportunities.
To encourage and promote continuous learning and personal development, Infogix offers opportunities for Team Members to attend seminars or training courses that will develop skills for current or future positions in the Company, enhance current skills or knowledge, earn certifications, or are part of continuing education requirements for professional certifications.

Tuition reimbursement for advanced degrees.
Recognizing the mutual benefits of personal development and increased job proficiency, Infogix offers tuition reimbursement to Team Members interested in furthering their formal education.

Team Member referral bonus.
Infogix pays a referral bonus after a new Team Member has completed 90 days of employment. Referral bonuses are $1000, $3000 or $5000 depending on the position.

Casual dress code.
Infogix enables creative freedom by offering a relaxed and productive work environment.
